How? By actively involving immigrants in handball activities to foster a sense of belonging, social integration, and personal well-being within local communities and sports clubs.
How? Through the creation of a Training Format that provides practical methodologies and strategies to build inclusive and diverse sports environments.
ITHAND is an Erasmus+ Cooperation Partnership between countries, aiming to integrate immigrants into local clubs and communities, strengthen the capacity of trainers to use inclusive coaching methods, and empower immigrants through meaningful participation in handball activities. By combining research, non-formal education, training, and creative outputs such as a handbook and documentary and support inclusion and diversity of disadvantaged communities.
